- Please be prepared to pay a 30% deposit for bookings.

​All deposits will be deducted from your style total.

The remaining balance is due before the end of service. 

If you have trouble with your hair within 24 hrs of your style, it will be fixed immediately.

Anything after will not be accepted or will be charged.

 

- Shampoos are included in each style..

I only offer hair with Knotless styles at this time. Please read all info for each style.

The number of packs and type of hair will be in the description box, please screenshot.

 

- There is a 15min grace period. Once this time has expired. Your deposit is forfeited, or a late fee will be required, or your appointment will be cancelled.  If I am ever late It will be deducted from your total as well.

- Please bring snacks, and fluids to last

you throughout styles lasting more than 2 hours.

Be sure to have your phone charger also if needed and ear buds.

- Tablets and Phones are NOT accepted for children OR adults if it will interfere with styling your hair.  

I will stop braiding if it becomes an issue.  

They can delay the process and make styling angles difficult. Please help me help you.

-No feet in chairs!! Please understand that you are in a salon and not home.

Please keep your feet at the bottom metal railing. No nail clipping as well.

​

- No children that are not being serviced will be allowed to stay.

No one can come with you to your appointment.

No old hair will be accepted, new packaging only.

Your appointment will be cancelled.

- One to two breaks will be permitted for styles that take more than four hours.

No vaping inside the building.

You can not stop to take calls repeatedly,

understand this will delay your appointment and others.

- Hair added $25

(butt/thigh length) 

$30 extra for appointments outside of business hours.

Any same-day or "Squeeze in" appointments not made online is $35 extra

in addition to the original price.

If for any occasion I accept appointments through instant messages, text messages or phone calls,

you MUST be deposit ready. No deposit, No appointment.

Cash, Cash App, Zelle and Apple Pay are the only payments accepted.

Your appointment is canceled after 20 minutes.

Vending is available inside the salon.

We have food trucks on site on weekends.

Phones are becoming an issue. Please understand not holding your head up as needed can result in unsatisfying hairstyles and drawn-out time frames. Please also make sure you are " Shampoo Ready" This means take down your previous style and comb through your hair. I  will do the rest.
